Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLARENCE E. JACKETT It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, Clarence E. Jackett on Sunday, June 5, 2005 at the age of 78 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Alice; his three daughters, Lorraine (Mickey) Janis, Carla Wilson and Valerie; his son Wayne (Sjana); four sisters, Doris (Joe) Laporte, Pearl (Frank) Green, Velma Braden and Olive Lowe; four grandsons, Michael (Barbara), Paul (Karen), Terry and Thomas Janis. Clarence was predeceased by his parents, John James and Elva Adella; brothers-in-law, Elmer Braden and Robert Lowe; and his son-in-law Miles Wilson. In keeping with his wishes a private family service with cremation to follow will be held on Friday, June 10 at 2:00 p.m. in Gimli, MB with Pastor Rainie McKinnon officiating. Interment of ashes will take place in the Gimli Community Cemetery. Gilbart Funeral Home, Gimli in care of arrangements.
