JACK ZIELKE August 23, 1937 - June 6, 2005 It is with sadness, we announce the death of Jack Zielke. He was born and raised in St. Ouens, MB. He travelled to various places to work including the Dew Line on Baffin Island, Terrace Bay, ON, Prince Rupert, BC, spending the last 38 years in the Beausejour and Winnipeg areas. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Ernestine; as well as four brothers, Leonard, David, Sam and Ed; and four brothers-in-law. He will be deeply missed by his loving and devoted friend and caregiver Dolores Adolph. He also leaves to cherish his memory, his brothers and sisters, Ernie (Addie), Fred (Ann), Ruth Hogan, Otto (Betty), Esther (Don) Strachan, Freda Petterson, Connie Klippenstein, Louise (Gordon) Pommer, Eleanor Weedmark, Linda (Wayne) Adams; two sisters-in-law, Betty Zielke and Stella Zielke; many nephews and nieces; and his little friend and buddy Shane. Jack was a man of strength and determination and faced life this way especially in recent years as his heath failed. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 10, at 1:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Hwy. Interment will follow in Beausejour Cemetery.
