Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOREEN (BONNIE) MAY SARAH SIGURDSON It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Bonnie, on June 6, 2005 at the E.M. Crowe Memorial Hospital in Eriksdale, MB. Bonnie leaves behind her husband Bert; her brother Jack Jones of Ontario; her brother-in-law Skuli; auntie Jessie; cousins, Maureen (Gaylord) and family, Nadine (Larry) and family, Brent (Polly) and family, very special friend Yvonne Leisdahl; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She will be especially missed by her good little man Charlie . Bonnie was predeceased by her parents Newton and Vera Jones; uncle Matt Cook; auntie Dorothy; and uncle Bill Cook. Bonnie was born and raised in Portage la Prairie. She married Bert in 1964 and they farmed in the Maryhill District. Bonnie lived to live, love and laugh . She loved to travel to Alberta and made many friends there. Her daily phone chats with family and friends will be missed. A funeral service for Bonnie will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 10, 2005 at the Lundar Lutheran Church with Pastor Gary Russell officiating. Her pallbearers will be Kevin Gudmundson, Brent Cook, Sturn Vigfusson, Gaylord Graham, Rorie Magnusson, and Dwight McGillan. Bonnie's wishes were to be cremated and she will be buried at a later date. A heartfelt thanks to Lorraine and Kevin for their many thoughtful and kind acts these past months during Bonnie's failing health. A special thank you to Dr. Neil Burnett, Dr. Stein and the staff at the E.M. Crowe Memorial Hospital for the compassionate care. Offering my condolences with the passing of Doreen. Even with the time that has passed, I'm sure she is always in the hearts of many.
