BRISSON It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Lena Brisson on Tuesday, June 7, 2005 at River East Personal Care Home. Mom was born on July 29, 1927. She loved gardening, camping, fishing, walking, and picking blueberries, as well as watching wildlife. Her family loved her baking. Mom cherished every moment spent with her husband and her family. She will be greatly missed. Left to cherish her memory are her three daughters, Theresa (Leonard) Gaudreau, Yvonne (Val) Brisson, Annette (Danny) Benoit, her son Rene (Veronica) Brisson, all of Winnipeg; five granddaughters, Yvette Gorrell (Andy), Denise (Kelly) Kehler, Tammy Gaudreau (Jay), Mary-Rose Gaudreau, Ashly and Megan Fontaine; four grandsons, Curtis Benoit, Trevor Brisson, Jacob and James Dumas; great-grandchildren, Richard, Amanda Gorrell, Desiree, Jessica, Brittany Fischer, Ashly Patrick, John Gaudreau, and Seth Benoit; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Hector Brisson in 1991 and one son Armand. We, the family, would like to thank the staff at River East Personal Care Home for the love and care given to Lena Brisson while she resided at the home. A private family service will be held.
