Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Sorry to hear of your mom's passing. My mother, Mary Pronchuk and your Mother were very dear friends many years ago. As they got older they could not visit each other in person, but they certainly did their share on the telephone. Hopefully they will now meet again in God's Garden. My deepest sympathy is with your whole family. Zinnia Solomon - Posted by: Zinnia Solomon (Acquaintance) on: Jun 14, 2005

  • I was doing my work practicum at St. Joseph's while a student at Winnipeg Tech College and remember Martha very well. I was saddened to learn of Martha's passing in the paper yesterday. While I didn't speak Ukrainian, and didn't get to know Martha on a personal level, I did such things as wheeling her down to the dining room and back, helped her into bed, and sat at her table while I assisted the other residents at lunch with their feeding. Martha was quiet, but I liked her all the same. My deepest condolences and sympathy to her family. - Posted by: Linda Sear (Acquaintance) on: Jun 12, 2005
