MARJORIE MYLES (nee COLE) After a long and courageous battle with cancer Marge, at the age of 73, passed away peacefully at an Indianapolis, Indiana, Hospice on Friday, June 3, 2005. For 52 years beloved wife of Walter (Wally) Myles; mother of Robert (Joyce) Myles of Avon, Indiana; and proud grandmother of Chris and Jessica Myles of Avon, Deena Losano of Hollywood, California and Derek Losano of Davison, Michigan. She is survived by her sister Gladys Black and her brother Basil (Shirley) Cole, both of Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her daughter Darlene and her parents Basil and Rose Cole. Marge was born in Winnipeg on July 25, 1931. She attended Daniel McIntyre and, in her final year, was Vice President of the school and Valedictorian of her graduating class. In the 1960's she moved to the United States where she lived in Detroit, Buffalo and Indianapolis. She loved her family and treasured the good times she shared with them. She will be remembered for her sunny disposition, generosity and compassion, her readiness to help her family and friends, and her love of gardening, sewing and keeping her home sparkling clean. A memorial service will be held in Indianapolis and her ashes will be buried in Brookside Cemetery later this year. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Marge's name to Cancercare Manitoba, Administration Donations, 1160 - 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, R3E 0V9.
