MARGARET GORMAN GREGORY (nee FAIR) Peacefully at the St. Boniface Hospital on Saturday, June 11, 2005, Margaret passed away in her 94th year. Aunty Margaret was predeceased by her husband Charlie (1983); sisters, Viola, Alma; brothers, Buster and Robert. Aunty will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews; sisters-in-law, Peggy Fair and Harriet Gregory. Aunty was a person who was very optimistic, respectful and cared for others. Being strong and independent she continued to reside in the home that Charlie and she had built in 1941 enjoying gardening and her neighbourhood; the cottage at Lake Brereton that she and Charlie renovated making it a comfortable summer home that both cherished. Several family celebrations took place at their cottage. Their home was always a great place for family gatherings, weddings, birthdays and the many Christmas dinners. Though her body was weakening in recent years her mind was amazing, keeping aware of family, the events of the day enjoying discussions pertaining to same. A loving and caring individual, Aunty supported many charities over the years. The family would like to express their thanks to Dr. Oscar Domke; Home Care staff that supported her on a daily basis; the medical staff of 5 A, B and C Wards; the Fogg family for their support over the years, Beskos and Coulters.
