HERBERT F. SACHS August 19, 1931 - June 19, 2005 It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Herbert in his sleep, in the early morning at the St. Boniface Hospital with family by his side. He leaves behind Maria, his loving wife of 50 years; daughter Marina; son Detlef and wife Brenda; son Harald, wife Selma and grandsons, Eric and Alex. Herbert was born in Klein Gaglow, Germany. He was a proud Canadian citizen who worked and taught in carpentry. He loved spending time with his family at their cottage near Lac Du Bonnet. Thank you to the St. Boniface staff for their excellent care and support. A private family service has been planned. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
