IGNACIO SANGALANG SUBA It is with deep sadness that the family of Ignacio Suba announces his sudden death in the Philippines on June 10, 2005. His life was cut tragically short at the age of 68. Left to mourn his loss are his wife Lolita Suba; his children, Armando, Mary (Jimmy) and Thierry (Joeson); his grandchildren, Alex, Liz, Jewellyn, Sarah, Anthony and Natalie; as well as many other family members and friends. Throughout his life, Ignacio tried to ensure the well-being of all his loved ones and this can be attested to by his struggle and determination to bring his family to Canada. He continually assisted and cared not only for his family, but also for his many friends and close acquaintances. At this time, we can reflect on the kindness and love he showered on everyone and hopefully come together to honour his memory. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. As the burial took place in the Philippines, prayers will be held at St. Peter's Church on 748 Keewatin St. on Wednesday, June 29 at 5:00 p.m. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, June 30 at 3:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home and Lamay will be from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight.
