Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY KESELOWSKY October 27, 1912 - June 25, 2005 It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Mary Keselowsky on Saturday June 25, 2005 at the Maples Personal Care Home, Winnipeg, MB, at the age of 92 years. She died exactly 12 years to the day to that of her late husband Marko, who predeceased her on June 25, 1993. Mary will be greatly missed by her son Russell (Kathrine), Grandson Shawn (Marcy) and Great Grandson Connor; Daughter Nadya (Steve), Grandson David (Alice), Granddaughter Lori (Fred); her Sister Antonia (Prokop), Sister-in-laws Antonia Witow, Mary Witow, Anne Temrick, Stella Witow. Besides her loving husband Marko, she was predeceased by her parents, John and Sophie Witow; brothers, Steve, Metro Max Temrick: Joe, Frank Peter Witow; her sisters Anne Dick Petrunia Dereniwsky. Mary was born in the hamlet of Hamton, SK. While living in Swan River both Mary and Marko were very active members in the Ukrainian Catholic Church. She loved to knit, crochet and do Ukrainian cross stitch. Many of the family have a lot of beautiful memories in her handiwork. After Marko passed away she moved into Winnipeg, where she resided at the Blue Bird Lodge. Mary did a lot of knitting for the Red Cross and received letters from the children in the North that received her mittens, scarves and touques. While living at Maples Personal Care Home she also make mittens, scarves and touques which were put on a Christmas Tree and given to the less fortunate Children in Winnipeg, at Christmas time. Prayers will be held on Thursday evening June 30 at 7:30 pm in the Paull Funeral Home, Swan River, MB. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday July 1 at 2:30 pm, in the All Saints Ukrainian Catholic Church, Swan River, Manitoba with Rev. Fr. Ed Kwiatkowski officiating. Interment will follow in the Birchwood Cemetery, Swan River. Our sincere appreciation to the care givers at the Maples Personal Care Home for their kindness and devoted care to Mother. A special thank you to Father Boris Kyba for visiting Mother while she was in the Personal Care Home and thanks to Richard Wojcik of Wojcik's Funeral Chapel in Winnipeg and Paull Funeral Home in Swan River.
