LILLIAN BUSS Lillian Buss, aged 64 years, of Beausejour, wife of the late Garnet Buss, passed away peacefully at the Beausejour Hospital on Friday, June 24, 2005. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her mother Minnie Liske of Maple Ridge, BC; her brothers, Gordon (May) of Hope, BC, and Gerald of Surrey, BC; her sisters, Eleanore (Gordon) and Irene (Sheldon), all of Winnipeg; her best friend Shirley Zolondek as well many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Garnet in 1997, and her father Edward in 1981. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Avenue E., Beausejour, with Pastor W. Lehman officiating. Interment will follow in the Oldenburg cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends so wish, donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102 - 310 Broadway Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 0S6. The family wishes to thank the nursing staff at the Beausejour Hospital for the care and compassion shown to Lillian.
