ISABEL JEAN MCINTYRE Jean entered this world July 1, 1935 the eldest child of Vince and Isa McCrea. She grew up and took her schooling in the Wingham and Elm Creek areas, belonging to CGIT, Guides, and the Church Choir. After she graduated, Jean worked in the Elm Creek Grocery Store for Al and May Havard. On November 24, 1956, Jean married Stewart McIntyre and they moved to the farm at Culross where she resided until her passing. There, Jean spent many hours outside in her gardens and yard or helping on the farm. Jean also spent much of her time helping and looking after family and friends. Jean is survived by her husband Stewart McIntyre; her mother Isa Juhl; her sister Lorraine and George Tibbett of Elm Creek; her brother Donald (Sharlene) of Cowan; niece Donna and Mike Townsley, Colleen, Ben and Julia of Lethbridge, AB, niece Frances and Leonard Friesen, Andrea (Darcy) Graham, and Carter; Kris, Greg (Erin) of Elm Creek, nephew Bryan and Janice McIntyre, Derrick, Jill, and Jenna. Jean was predeceased by her father Vincent McCrea; cousin Wilfred McCrea; sisters-in-law, Lynne McCrea, Ina McIntyre, Vivian McIntyre and Peggy McIntyre; brothers-in-law, Cameron McIntyre, Dougald McIntyre and Norman McIntyre. A private service is to be held Thursday, June 30, 2005. Burial will take place at Elm Creek Cemetery. Doyle's Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements. www.doyleschapels.com
