WILLIAM (BILL) KEYS William (Bill) Keys passed quietly in the early hours of Sunday morning, June 26, 2005. Bill is survived by his wife of almost 57 years, Marion; his three children, Elaine Woodbridge of Winnipeg, Nancy Keys of McKinney, TX and Bill Keys of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by his daughter-in-law Deborah Armstrong; and seven grandchildren, Adam, Matthew, Andrew, Laurel, Keir, Billy and Micaela. Bill was a veteran of the Second World War, serving seven years in the Royal Canadian Air Force. After the war he worked for Air Canada some 31 years, retiring in 1977. Bill was an avid sportsman, enjoying golf, swimming and cross country skiing. He was also a ham radio operator, first licensed in 1934. Most of all he was a family man, who will be greatly missed. Viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday (today), June 28 at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave., Aubrey Street entrance. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 29 at Saint Bartholomew's Anglican Church, 881 Autumnwood Dr. Interment at Saint John's Cathedral Cemetery. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
