RAY DRING With great sadness, the family announces the passing of Ray Clinton Dring, aged 63, on June 29, 2005. Ray died peacefully at the Grace Hospital where he was receiving treatment for Lymphoma. Ray was predeceased by his father, Arthur and mother, Joyce. He is survived by his wife Myrna; daughter Nancy; son-in-law, Paul and his family; mother-in-law Alice; brothers-in-law, Murray (Helen) and Ross (Isabel) and their families. Ray was raised in Boissevain, MB. He attended high school in Winnipeg at St. John's Ravensourt. Ray began his working career in Boissevain at his father's business, Dring Laminated Structures Ltd. In 1985, the family moved to Winnipeg and operated the Breadman Bakery until 1989. For the last several years Ray has worked as an accountant. Ray was a sports enthusiast. He was involved in all aspects of sports from playing golf, to coaching hockey and football, to enjoying his Blue Bomber seasons tickets. Ray loved to laugh and spent his most enjoyable hours with friends and family. Ray will be lovingly remembered and live on in the hearts and memories of family and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 2, 2005 at Charleswood United Church, 4820 Roblin Blvd. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at the Boissevain Cemetery. Thank you to the staff of Grace Hospital for their compassionate care.
