LUCIA BEASSE (BILODEAU) Peacefully, on Wednesday, June 29, 2005, our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunty and friend passed away at the age of 89 years. She will be greatly missed by her son Len Beasse; daughter-in-law Kelly; grandchildren, Nicole and Ryan; and special niece Sharol. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Leon Beasse. Lucia grew up in Laurier, MB, with an abundance of brothers and sisters to keep her company. She married Leon in 1942 and from then on, her family meant everything to her. The care and love she gave her children and grandchildren will never be forgotten. She was always smiling and laughing and spent much of her time cooking, knitting and gardening. Lucia's cheerful disposition and quiet strength will be greatly missed. The family wishes to thank the staff at Victoria Hospital and Foyer Valade, for their compassionate care and support. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 6 at 10:00 a.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 1 E. at Navin Rd., with Fr. Fred Olds officiating.
