MARY SKIBINSKI (nee FUZ) November 27, 1913 - June 30, 2005 It is with deep sorrow and sadness we announce the sudden passing of our dear mother and babcia, with her family by her side at the Percy E. Moore Hospital. She will always be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her daughter, Amy Obszarski and son, Victor; her grandchildren, Robert Obszarski (Cindy), Joanne Rudnicki (Frank), and Arlene Binner (Brian); her great-grandchildren, Vanessa Foster (Kyle), Candace and Michelle Rudnicki, Megan and Katelyn Binner. She also leaves to mourn her sisters, Margie Procillo and Joyce Skrabek (James); brothers, Mike and Tony Fuz (Dorothy); sister-in-law, Ann Bezlobanko and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her parents, Justina and John; husband, Joseph; sisters, Pearl and Ann and brother Stefan. Mary was born on the family farm in Poplarfield, MB. She met and married Joe in 1932 and resided in Fisher Branch on the Skibinski homestead until 2003 when she moved to the Fisher Personal Care Home in Fisher Branch. Mary was a hard worker and spent the majority of her life on the farm caring for those around her. She spent countless hours caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who loved spending time with their babcia. Mary enjoyed their company and would always find a way to make their visits extra special . Mary will be fondly remembered by her family for her kind heart, excellent cooking, generosity and warm hospitality. The family would like to thank all of the staff at the Fisher Personal Care Home who cared for her over the past two years. Also a special thank you to Dr. Boyang and the staff at the Percy E. Moore Hospital for their compassionate care. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 5 at 11:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Parish. Interment at St. Nicholas Cemetery with Fr. Michael Raj Sararimuthu officiating. Pallbearers will be Robert Obszarski, Frank Rudnicki, Brian Binner, Percy Fuz, Gordie Fuz and Clifford Skibinski. Those whom we love go out of sight, But never out of mind; They are cherished in the hearts Of those they leave behind. Loving and kind in all her ways, Upright and just to the end of her days. Sincere and true in heart and mind, Beautiful memories she left behind. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Fisher Personal Care Home in Fisher Branch, MB.
