ROBERT MUNROE JONES On Saturday, July 2, 2005 at Riverview Health Centre, Robert Jones passed away at age 75 years. Robert is survived by his wife Margaret and daughter Janet (Dieter) Jones Baumgardt and their children, Celeste, Dieta and Chase. He is further survived by two sisters and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and one sister. Robert was volunteer Fire Chief of East St. Paul, played for the 1954 Winnipeg Rams which won the Dominion Championship and was Alpine Chairman of the Manitoba Ski Division. The family wishes to thank the staff on 3East at Riverview Health Centre. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 6 at 2:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Hwy., with a reception to follow. A private family interment will have taken place. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to Riverview Health Centre Foundation, 1 Morley Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3L 9Z9.
