VALERIE JOYCE EMBLETON Suddenly but peacefully on July 2, 2005, Valerie Joyce Embleton passed away at Thorvaldson's Nursing Home in Winnipeg at the age of 53 years. Valerie is survived by her loving brother Dwight; sister-in-law Joan and nephews, Scott and David. She will also be fondly remembered by her aunts, Joyce and Betty, numerous cousins, the Mullin family and many friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Roy and Lila. Valerie had suffered from ill health for many years and was diagnosed with emphysema in 1998. Her last years were a struggle yet Valerie maintained a positive outlook and a cheerful disposition. The family would like to thank the staff at Thorvaldson's for their wonderful care and many kindnesses to Valerie over the past few years. Service will be held at Sneath-Strilchuk Funeral Home in Dauphin, MB on Wednesday, July 6 at 1:00 p.m.
