Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERDA HANNA KERN (nee LOEPER) 1925 - 2005 Peacefully, on July 5, 2005 Gerda passed into the hands of the Lord, after a lengthy illness. Left to cherish her memory, are her loving husband of 51 years, Hans and her daughter Jasmin (Rob) Paola. Gerda was predeceased by her daughter, Linda Todd in 1995. Her grandchildren will sadly miss her, Hannah and Emily Paola in Winnipeg and Kristel and Justin Todd in Greensboro, North Carolina. Gerda touched so many lives with her great sense of humour and her overwhelming sense of giving. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, July 7, at Charleswood United Church, 4820 Roblin Blvd. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200 - 6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
