Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOUGLAS RYAN FRANK KOWALSKI It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Douglas (Doug) Kowalski on Monday, July 4, 2005. Douglas was born in Winnipeg on July 27, 1954 and returned to Winnipeg in recent years to be with his extended family. Douglas will be greatly missed by his wife of 31 years, Kerry Lynn (nee Robson); daughters, Shelley (Bryan) and Kyla (Brian); grandchildren, Lucas, Maya, Carina and Kianna; his mother Olga Kowalski; brothers, Gary (Ellen) and Stewart (Harriet); mother-in-law Jean Robson; sisters-in-law, Pat (Elliott), Wendy (Brian) and Jan (John); brothers-in-law, Gary (Heather), Dave (Susan); and his extended family and special friends everywhere. He was predeceased by his father, Anthony Kowalski and his father-in-law, Glen Robson. Douglas was a devoted, kind and loving husband, father and grandfather who took great pleasure in his family, friends, travel, football, and attending church. He touched so many lives with his love, sense of humour and his tremendous giving nature. He has had a very fulfilling and successful career with Michelin North America for over 30 years, and has worked with them in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Halifax, Baltimore and Mississauga. We love you Doug/Dad/Gedo and are grateful for all of the love and kindness that you have shared with us. You will be forever loved, remembered and missed by everyone who knew you. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 9 10:30 a.m. at St. Timothy's Catholic Church, 135 John Forsythe Rd., St. Vital. In lieu of flowers, Douglas requested that donations be made to World Vision Canada. Arrangements entrusted to: GLEN LAWN FUNERAL HOME 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. 982-7550
