ADELE BRIGITTE FULCHER (nee PARADOWSKI) Adele Brigitte, aged 58, of Minnetonka, MN. With family and friends at her side, Adele passed away peacefully on July 3, 2005 due to complications from ovarian cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years Bill; daughter Lara Dekker and fiance Brian Achtelik; mother Stella Paradowski; sister Mary (Joe) Fiorentino; sisters and brothers-in-law, Anna Johnston, Andrea (Ken) Kehler, Trevor (Charlotte) Fulcher, Digby (Pat), Karen (Gordon); as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her dear son Jon-Paul, father John Paradowski and in-laws, Anne and Owen Fulcher. Adele worked for 32 years at Methodist Hospital as a nurse in the Emergency Room and PPA. She was most admired for her strong work ethic and gentle, caring ways. In her free time, Adele enjoyed spending time up at the lake in Longville, MN. She especially loved working in the garden and tooling around the lake in her paddleboat. Adele was an incredible wife, mom, daughter, sister and friend. She gave so freely of herself and her positive spirit and vitality radiated through in everything she did. She fought a 14 month battle with ovarian cancer and was truly one of the most courageous individuals we have ever known. Bill and Lara would like to thank all our family and friends for their love and support during these difficult times. Our heartfelt thanks for all the loving care given to Adele by her colleagues at Methodist Hospital especially the Cancer Centre Staff. A memorial mass celebrating Adele's life will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, July 9 at Holy Ghost Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. with reception to follow. Private interment at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
