Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFREDA HEEBNER It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother Freda Heebner on Wednesday, July 6, 2005 at age 72 years. Freda was born to Cecil and Stella Watts in Carnduff, SK on February 17, 1933. She grew up on the family farm near Nottingham, SK and moved to Regina, SK in 1952. She married Edward Heebner in 1955. The family moved to Saskatoon in 1968 where she resided until her death. Freda is survived by her husband Edward; son Brian (Eileen), grandsons, Xavier and Cedric of Winnipeg, MB; son Neil (Lis), grandsons, Anthony and Mark of Guelph, ON; her brothers, Dale and Allan (Caryl); sisters, Donna (Bud) Serfling, Joan (Harvey) Collinge; beloved aunt Flossie of Carnduff, SK; sister-in-law Bernice. She was predeceased by her parents, Cecil and Stella Watts and her brother Murray. Freda enjoyed her home, her garden and other arts and crafts. She was most proud of her family and in particular her grandchildren whom she loved very much. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Royal University Hospital for their excellent care of Freda. Memorial donations in Freda's memory will be gratefully accepted by the Royal University Hospital Cancer Research Trust Fund, (in care of Cancer Clinic RUH, Saskatoon, SK S7N 0W8). A prayer service for Freda will be held on Saturday, July 9 at 7:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home, Saskatoon (east on 8th Street turn right before the railway tracks). The memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 23 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Interment to follow service in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Saskatoon.
