Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCONSTANCE (CONNIE) CHUDZIK With deep sadness we wish to announce the passing of our dear wife, mother, and grandmother Connie Chudzik on Friday, July 8, 2005. Mum was born in Leeds, England on August 20, 1927 moving with her family to Scunthorpe at nine years. Mum married a young Canadian soldier and came to Canada as a young war bride on the Aquitania in June 1947. They travelled a fair bit for the first years spending time in Swan River, MB and Savana and Kamloops, BC before settling in Winnipeg. Mum had a great love for reading, animals, and was involved in showing American Cocker Spaniels, and craft shows. She also enjoyed her flower gardens and attending doll shows, walking the dogs in the park and feeding the birds. We all have fond memories of trips to the beach and weiner roasts in the park with the grand and great-grandkids. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 59 years, Brownie, children, Gayle, Garry and Jennifer (Robert) Delaquis; grandchildren, Carol (Paul) Kroeker, Michael (Elaine), and Stephen; and great-granddaughters, Thea, Tayler, Jordyne, and Kylie. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 12 at 10:00 a.m., at Neil Bardal Inc., located at 984 Portage Ave., at Aubrey Street. In lieu of flowers Mum would appreciate donations to the Winnipeg Humane Society or Manitoba Lung Association. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
