Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBLAINE CLARA BRUCE White Cloud Thunderbird Woman With family by her side it is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Blaine Clara Bruce at the Health Sciences Centre on July 12, 2005 at the tender age of 22 years. She leaves behind a lot of precious memories for her mother Marlene Bruce; step-father John Harper; four brothers, Anthony Bruce, Mavrick Scott, Northwind Bruce and Brian Bruce; great-grandmother Flora Bruce; eight uncles, Kenneth Douglas, Noel (Marilyn) Bruce, Gordon (Sheila) Houle, Vernon (Maxine) Houle, Mike (Denise) Houle, John (Glenna) Houle, Darren (Angie) Houle, Denise Houle and Douglas Bruce; three aunties Harriet (Gilles) Mecas, Cathy (Curtis) Mousseau and Louanne (Stanford) Desmarais. She will also be greatly missed by numerous cousins and friends. Blaine was predeceased by her father Julian Houle, grandparents Joseph and Annie Houle, Roderick Douglas Jr. and Clara Douglas and numerous other relatives. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the Health Sciences Centre GD-4 Dr. Kraught and Staff, GB-3 Dr. Lamba and staff and the St. Amant Centre 2 East for their compassionate care and kindness. Very special thanks to Loretta Bruce, George (Laura) Bruce, Bernadette Batenchuk (their families), Lawrence and Annette Cochrane. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, July 13 and Thursday, July 14, 2005 from 7:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave. Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 15, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. also at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery.
