DIANA ANTONATION (STECH) Diana Antonation (Stech) of Carstairs, AB passed away after a nine year battle with cancer. Diana was born on May 26, 1943 in Birtle, MB. She married Boris on July 11, 1959. Diana greatly enjoyed working with the residents and staff at the Chinook Winds Lodge in Carstairs for many years. She also enjoyed gardening, sewing and crafting. Diana is survived by her husband Boris; children, Barry (Cheryl), Wendy (John), Sandra (Darren) and Sheila; grandchildren, Amber, Jason, Brandon and Chauntal. She will also be remembered by her mother Rose Stech; and sisters, Phyllis, Marlene, Joyce and Louise. She was predeceased by her father Mike Stech and brother Peter. Thank you to Dr. Ruether and the staff at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, Dr. Hoeve, the staff at the Olds Hospital and the staff at Didsbury Home Care for their care of Diana during her courageous battle with cancer. As to Diana's wishes, there will be no funeral service. A memorial service will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre.
