Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLESLIE ROBERT JAMES MCCONKEY Leslie Robert James McConkey passed away in his 78th year at Concordia Hospital in Winnipeg on July 11, 2005, with his beloved wife at his side. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Doreen and son Neil of Winnipeg; also two sisters, Ivy (Elgin) Hayward and Jean Lindley of Pilot Mound; many nieces and nephews. Viewing will take place at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons, on Tuesday, July 19 from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall, 930 Pandora Ave. West, Transcona, with Murray Farquhar officiating. Special thanks to the medical staff who attended at 3rd floor Concordia Hospital, room 323B.
