She remarried Peter Harrison in 1965 and continued to farm until his passing in 1975. She moved into Teulon and enjoyed living at Gateway Manor for the last 16 years. Mom loved music and singing, especially Christmas carols. Mom also liked making crafts and sewing, but Mom's greatest joy was her family whether it was going on trips, camping or just being around them. She lived her life to the fullest in happiness, peace and prayers to God to help make it another day. Her faith kept her up to the end. She was very much involved in Polson Church and Hall for many years and had hours of enjoyment playing and organizing cards at Gateway Manor where she lived. She also visited sick friends in hospitals on Sunday and was a member of the Teulon Senior's Club for many years where she enjoyed music played there every month. We would like to thank Dr. D McTaggart and the nurses for their wonderful care of Mom and the kindness and support shown to our family. Prayers will be held on Sunday, July 17 at 6:30 p.m. at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel in Teulon. Funeral Service will be held Monday, July 18 at 10:30 a.m. at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church in Komarno.
