There was nothing Mom loved more than her large family, always excited to hear of a new little one and all of their accomplishments. She loved family gatherings and always looked forward to her birthday picnic at Kildonan Park. Mom was an athlete, a member of the YMHA for many years. She walked, cycled and swam thousands of miles. Mom was an active member of St. Martin-In-The-Field Anglican Church as a Cub Mother, then a Scout Mother and later joined the Ladies Aid, Altar Guild and church Choir. Our family thanks Mom's very special niece, Diane Keedian, for her care and compassion and Beth Simkin for her friendship. A grateful thank you to all the staff at the Middlechurch Home where Mom spent the last four years and a special thank you to all the residents that made her sons Sandy and Joe feel a part of the Middlechurch Community. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 21 at St. Martin- In-The-Field Anglican Church located at 160 Smithfield Avenue with the Rev. Mary Lysecki officiating.
