Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRICHARD STARR (RICH) Tragically on July 16, 2005, my son and our baby brother, Richard Joseph Starr, was taken from us. At his side in his last moments were his nephew Andy and cousin CC. Richard was predeceased by his dad, Reg Starr. Richard leaves to mourn his mother Marjorie; brothers Devin (Robin), Stephen (Tammy); sisters Nicole, Maria (Virgil), Annie; also numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles; and grandmother Annie; and very special friend Jeanene. Wake services will be held at the Sagkeeng Christ Church Anglican July 19. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 21, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Nancy Bruyere officiating.
