PHILIP DRABIK On July 15, 2005 Philip Drabik, aged 81, of Arborg, passed away at St. Boniface Hospital. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Lee; only daughter Kathie (Gordon) Fedora; grandchildren, Shawn (Crystal), Jenna-Lyn; one brother Roman (Helen); sisters-in-law, Nettie, Vivian, Carol, Alice, many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters, Janet (Elmer) Lindston and Stef (Dick) Penner; brothers, John, Russell, Ted and Tom. Born and raised in Arborg, he spent 26 years with military service, several jobs in the area and 13 years with maintenance and ambulance at the Arborg and District Health Centre. A Jack-of-all-trades , an unassuming man, he was most happy fixing something for someone. He was a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 161. A celebration of Philip's life will be held on Friday, July 22 at 1:30 p.m. in the Ardal-Geysir Evangelical Lutheran Church, Arborg. Pastor Terry Throndson officiating.
