FREDERICK PEDRICK Suddenly, on Monday, July 18, 2005, Fred Pedrick passed away at the age of 93 years. He will be sadly missed by his family, Lawrence (Marlene), Ellen Louise (Dave) and Shirley (Gerald); and numerous grandchildren. Fred was predeceased by his wife Mabel; brothers, Harold, Ed and Bert; and sisters, Myrtle and Ethel. Fred was born in Dugald, MB on December 12, 1911 and attended school in the Otterburn area. He farmed in the Solsgirth area until 1942, when the family moved to Transcona. Fred worked at the Cordite plant for four years prior to moving to Dominion Malting, where he retired from in the early 1970s. His interests were hunting, gardening and shopping. A Celebration of Fred's Life will be held on Friday, July 22 at 2:00 p.m. in St. George's Anglican Church, 321 Pandora Ave. West with Rev. Ted Nimik officiating.
