ALEXANDER ROSS MCMILLAN April 6, 1914 - July 18, 2005 It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Alexander at Maples Personal Care Home. He was predeceased by his wife Evelyn in October of 2002. He is survived by one sister Margaret; four daughters, Gail (Dick) Green, Doreen (Hector) Dubois, Joan (Gary) Turk and Marlene (Bob) Pearson; one son Ross McMillan; as well as eight grandchildren, Don, Mike, David, Dineen, D'arcy, Kelly, Rob and Glen; and three great-grandchildren, Logan, Max and Ava. Alex worked for the Coca-Cola Bottling Company for 36 years until his retirement in 1976. During his retirement years Alex enjoyed curling, bowling and especially golf. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Maples Personal Care Home 1West. In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held on July 21. In lieu of flowers, donations in Alex's memory may be made to the Parkinson's Society, Room 204, 825 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1M5.
