DOUGLAS CHARLES ROSS 1932 - 2005 Peacefully on July 13, 2005 with his loving family by his side, Doug passed away after a courageous battle with A.L.S. in Nanaimo, B.C. Born in Winnipeg and moved to British Columbia in 1966. His memory will be always cherished by his sweet beloved wife Laurina of 52 years; his son Gary and Margaret, and his son Rich and Doris; his grandchildren, Jacqueline and (Shane), Nicole, Ryan, Donna, Keegan and Nathan; sister Donna of Arizona, and sister Barbara and John Dilallo; brother Ray and Bonnie and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his father Donald and mother Ruth; his sister Bulia Wilson. Interment will take place in Nanaimo, B.C. Doug was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be missed by all who knew him. And think of him as living in the hearts of those he touched ... for nothing loved is ever lost - and he will always be loved so much. Life is like a circle - it has no beginning and it has no end.
