DR. PETER HAUGHLAND January 5, 1918 - November 26, 2004 Peter was born in Norway to Helene and Albert Haughland, late of Starbuck. He lived many years in Winnipeg and had a distinguished career as an electrical engineer, travelling to such places as Saudi Arabia and Malaysia to share his expertise. He was a life-long member of the Seventh-day Adventist church. Predeceased by his first wife, Doris Mae (McKendry); his brothers, Mons and Ansgar and his sisters, Margit and Borgny, he leaves to cherish his memories his wife, AnnaMay (Crawford); three daughters, Shirley Reinhardt, Audrey Scott and Beverly Bell; four stepchildren, Roberta McElmery, Rae Peterson, Eriann Hullquist and Jay Crawford; eight grandchildren, seven stepgrandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews for whom he cared deeply. A burial service will be held Sunday, July 24 at 12:30 p.m. in the Starbuck Cemetery.
