JANE IRENE (JEAN) DUBYNA (nee NICHOLSON) Jane Irene (Jean) Dubyna (nee Nicholson) passed away at her home in Nanaimo, BC on June 22, 2005. She was born in Transcona, MB on March 6, 1927. She was predeceased by her husband Louis; and her mother and father, Jim and Ina Nicholson, late of Transcona. She is survived by her son Roger (Sharon) and daughter Darlene (Murray) Norby and their families in Nanaimo. She is also survived by her three brothers, James (Olive) of Enderby, BC, Bill (Angela) of Burbank, CA, U.S.A.; and John (Ginger) of Surrey, BC. A memorial service was held on Monday, June 27, at First Memorial Funeral Services in Nanaimo, with friends and family attending. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Jean's memory, with notice being forwarded to her brother John Nicholson, 29-8254 134th St., Surrey, BC V3W 6M2.
