Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFERDINAND (FRANK) KUKLICA May 31, 1929 - July 25, 2005 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Frank Kuklica, in the arms of his beloved wife, at the St. Boniface Hospital. Frank was predeceased by his parents George and Anne; his sister Clara Luhowy; his brother Steve and his brother-in-law Steve Fuz. Frank will be greatly missed by his loving wife Stella. They were inseparable and spent 37 years of marriage treasuring everything they did together. He is survived by his brother George (Mary), his sister Julie and his brother John (Rose); his brother-in-law Boris Luhowy; Stella's brother Ed Rozwood, sisters, Anne and Ollie and numerous nieces and nephews. Frank was a kind, gentle, generous, good natured man. He had a strong work ethic and was successful in whatever he attempted. He had a fulfilling career as co-owner of Manitoba Clothing Ltd. for some 50 years. He took great pride in the business, he enjoyed serving the public, aiming to please his customers which earned him respect. During the winter months he enjoyed travelling to warmer climates, his favourite being Hawaii until his health failed. He also enjoyed farm life, music (especially Polka Party), baseball, football and the cottage at Nutimik Lake. He treasured his home and enjoyed the time spent in his backyard. Frank will be lovingly remembered and live on in the hearts and memories of those who knew him. Stella wishes to thank her immediate family for the care and support during Frank's hospital stay. Special thanks to the caring staff of St. Boniface Hospital. Prayers will be held on Thursday, July 28 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 29 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ignatius of Loyola Roman Catholic Church, 255 Stafford St. with Rev. Joseph C. Johnson, S.J. presiding. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102-310 Broadway, Winnipeg, R3C 0S6 or the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Manitoba Branch, 730 Taylor, Winnipeg, R3M 2K8.
