Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE ANN DELORES TOUROND (DUCHARME) In loving memory of our dear wife, mother, grandmother, daughter Marie Ann Delores Tourond (Ducharme) who left us on July 25, 2005. Our mom was born on July 28, 1940, in Richer, MB to Michael and Lina Ducharme. Left to cherish her memory is her devoted husband and partner of 48 years, James Tourond; mother Lena Ducharme of Richer; her children, Debbie Reid (Gary, Michael, Steven, Danielle), Gail Tourond (April, Wayne) Glen Tourond (Florette), Karen Sautner (Brad, Alyssa, Kelsey, Cassidy, Tessa) Cheryl Paul (Willard, Amanda, Crystal, Darren) Laurie (Al Couture, Terri-Lynn, Justin, Kerry, Clayton, Audrey, Autumn; brothers, Phil, Russell, Donald, Leonard; sisters, Violet and Sylvie; grandchildren, Jen Oberg, Charlene Tourond; great-grandchildren, Draven, Misty, Anthony, Ocean and Alphonse; as well as many in-laws, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Michael Ducharme, her son, Wayne Michael, her brother Ronnie and sister Theresa. Our mom was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed gardening, canning and playing bingo games with her grandchildren. She enjoyed her trips to visit with her mom in Richer and spending time with her husband Jim. Visitation for Mrs. Tourond was held Thursday, July 28 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Dryden Community Funeral Home Chapel and Friday, July 29 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Green Acres Memorial Home located at Hwy. No. 1 East at Navin Road in Winnipeg, MB. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 29 at 2:00 p.m. in Green Acres Memorial Home with Rev. Fr. Gerry Ward officiating. Interment to follow. Pallbearers are Darren Tourond, Steven Reid, Al Couture, Russell Ducharme, Wayne Boomhauer, and David Tourond. If friends so desire, donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association through Dryden Community Funeral Home, 249 Grand Trunk Ave., Dryden, ON P8N 2X3. Mom, thank you for everything. You were a great mom; a wonderful wife and your soft gentle spirit will be missed.
