MAX LOCH 1918 - 2005 Max Loch passed away peacefully on July 12, 2005, at the Seven Oaks Hospital after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his loving wife Dorothy of 61 and one-half years; daughters, Norma (Larry) Herstein and Rhoda Kravetsky; and his son Larry; grandchildren, Adam (Samantha) Herstein, Alix, Lauren and Jay Kravetsky and Lesley Herstein; and his great-grandchildren, Leo and Caylie Herstein. He was predeceased by his sister Gertie Sinder; and son-in-law Gary Kravetsky. Max will be remembered as a caring and loving man who was dedicated to his family. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Thank you to the doctors and staff of the Seven Oaks Hospital, 3rd Floor - Unit 7. A special thanks to Dr. Norman Hechtenthal. Pallbearers were Larry Herstein, Adam Herstein, Barry Sinder, Jay Kravetsky, Jeremy Feuer, Marvin Garfinkel, Marvin Slutchuk and Randy Heidinger. Graveside services were held at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery, officiated by Rabbi Lawrence Pinsher. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
