She was always ready for an outing, whether it was attending a grandchild's musical performance, a camping trip to Clear Lake, a baseball game, or coffee with her coffee ladies. She was always ready to go. Mother was a lifetime member of the Kenton Legion Auxiliary as well as a past member of the Kenton U.C.W. and Kenton Leisure Club. She enjoyed gardening, knitting and sewing, baking for family and reading a good mystery. Her strong faith helped her through many trials and as she said, Life goes on whether you want it to or not. Funeral service will be held from St. Paul's United Church, Graysville, MB, August 3, at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Graysville Cemetery. Mother we loved you because you've done your job so well. As children you gave us love, security, happiness, and joy... everything a child could ever want or need. You were a mentor and a friend; you left us with sweet memories that are safely treasured in our hearts.
