Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPHYLISS KLINGBELL Peacefully on July 31, 2005, Phyliss Klingbell (nee Miller) passed away at the Beausejour Hospital with her loving daughter at her side. She leaves to mourn two sons, Elvin (Mona) Klingbell of Fort McMurray, AB and Ed (Dianne) of Fort Saskatchewan, AB; one daughter Marge (Brent) Bevans of Leavitt, AB; one daughter-in-law Wanda; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; husband William; and three sons, George, Bill and Fred. Phyliss was born October 13, 1914 in Springfield, MB to George and Edyth Miller (nee Hill). She was very close to her siblings. Throughout her role as mother, auntie, grandma and great-grandma, Mom continuously displayed her love, interest and support to everyone she came to know. Phyliss married William Klingbell February 15, 1936. She was an active member of the Eastern Star while they lived in Beausejour. They moved to Ashern, MB in 1963. A woman of tremendous energy and compassion, she served on the Ladies of the Royal Purple Lodge No. 365, Ashern Sharp Tail One Box Hunt and Ashern Pioneer Museum. In 1996, Phyliss moved back to Beausejour to be closer to sisters Marge, Joan and family. In her spare time Phyliss enjoyed visiting, playing cards, crafts, bingo, Senior Bus Tours with Marge, making special occasion hats and pancake fights. Much loved and greatly missed by her family and everyone who knew her. A graveside service will be held Thursday, August 4 at 11:00 a.m. at the Beausejour Cemetery. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses on Unit 3, 4th Floor at Seven Oaks Hospital in Winnipeg and the caring and loving nurses at Beausejour Hospital. A special thank you to volunteer driver Jack, Angie, Christine, Jennifer, Sharon, her home care friends, Aunt Marge and all her wonderful family. We just can't thank you enough.
