Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAUL HILDEBRAND Peacefully, in the early morning hours of July 31, 2005 at Concordia Personal Care Home, (Winnipeg), Paul passed away at the age of 86. Born in Winnipeg, October 20, 1918, Paul was a Second World War Canadian Navy Veteran, and a retired dedicated employee of Bristol Aerospace. He is predeceased by his wife Theo Linda (Baessler) Hildebrand and his daughter Gertrude. He is survived by his daughters Linda Burry (husband David) and Paulette Piva (husband Lino) and his son John (wife Eva); grandchildren, Douglas Smith (wife Tracey), Todd Smith, Cristina Jacobson (husband Russ), Carlo Piva, Julia Piva, Ken, Mathew, James Hildebrand; great grandchildren Joshua and Elizabeth Smith and Sarah Jacobson and special friends Elsa McPherson and Mary Schultz. Funeral to take place on August 9 at 10:30 a.m. at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 780 McCalman (Winnipeg); internment at the Brookside Cemetery (Winnipeg). In lieu of flowers, Paul's wishes were that donations be made to the Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
