Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJEAN M. BRODEUR (nee HAIMES) August 31, 1941 - August 2, 2005 Suddenly on August 2, 2005, at her residence Jean M. Brodeur passed away. Jean will be lovingly remembered by her husband Robert D. Brodeur; sons, Randy (Heather), Richard (Kimberley); grand-daughters, Kristen and Hayley; sister Dianne; niece Sherry (Darrin); nephew Brad (Linda) and great-nieces, Kelsey and Caitlin and great-nephew Cameron; cousins, Betty, Douglas and Bob and their families. Jean was predeceased by her parents, Charlie and Helen Haimes; aunt Josephine Smith and uncle Doug Haimes. She worked at T. Eaton Co. from 1971 until her retirement in 1999. A celebration of Jean's life will be held on Sunday, August 7 at 2:00 p.m. in Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice. Dear Brodeurs, Very sad to hear the news. Jean will be remembered with great fondness as a caring presence and someone who always shared her sense of fun. I particularly remember camping trips spent with the family as a teenager and how she made me feel part of the family.
