REGINALD STANLEY BALL Peacefully, after a short illness, it is with deep regret that we announce the passing of our father and grandfather, Reginald Stanley Ball, on Friday, July 29, 2005, at the Health Sciences Centre, at the age of 78 years. Remaining to cherish his memory are his daughter Diane (Allan); son James; and grandchildren, Tyler and Halle. Reg was predeceased by his beloved wife Ellen, who he missed terribly. Reg was a Supervisor at the C.P.R. for over 40 years. He was an avid curler for many years at both West Kildonan and Grand Marais Curling Clubs. His passions were...music, the cottage and his grandchildren. Reg was a coach and chauffeur to many hockey and figure skating events. Everyone that knew him will remember his crazy one-liners. On Thursday, August 11 at 11:00 a.m., Reg's funeral service will be held in St. Luke's Anglican Church, Balsam Bay, MB. Special thanks extended to the nursing staff at the ICU at Health Sciences Centre, for their caring manner which was much appreciated.
