My Deepest Sympathy to Mike's family on his passing. He was a good friend to me when I came to Winnipeg to do my family history. His niece Jeannette's husband, Rod, even made a wonderful wooden cross for my Sawchuk family to go in the Pleasant Home Cemetery. Mike and I installed it and commemorated those forgotten pioneers that we had found together. Remember this Rod? Again, Thanks to you and Mike! I miss Mike and his visits to Vancouver where my husband Lyle and I live. "A Toast to you Mike! With Fond Remembrance, Your Friends, Lyle and Muryl" - Posted by: Muryl Geary (Friend) on: Aug 29, 2005
