EILEEN MARY BERTHIER (nee MCDONALD) 1911 - 2005 Eileen Berthier, formerly of Winnipeg, passed away peacefully at the Bow Crest Care Centre in Calgary on August 6, 2005, at the age of 94. Predeceased in 1981 by Stafford, her beloved husband of 41 years, Eileen will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Mary Cutbill, son-in-law John and grandchildren, Jennifer and Jason, with whom she lived in Kingston, Ashton and Calgary. Eileen is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews. Growing up in Winnipeg, she attended St. Ignatius School and St. Mary's Academy and was an active member of St. Jean Brebeuf CWL for many years. Although Eileen's life revolved around her family, she was a dedicated volunteer and generously donated her time to St. Jean Brebeuf Parish and School PTA, Brownies, Misericordia Hospital Women's Guild and Meals-on-Wheels. She loved music, reading and the company of her family and friends. Sincere gratitude is extended to the staff of Bow Crest Care Centre for their outstanding care, compassion and kindness.
