WENDOLYN GIZOWSKI April 14, 1954 - August 9, 2005 Peacefully on August 9, 2005 at Seven Oaks Hospital, Wendy passed away after a lengthy battle against cancer. Wendy will be lovingly remembered by her husband Larry; children, Ashley (Justin) and Kyle (Kendra); grandson Corbin. Wendy will also be missed by her parents, Dorothy and George Driediger; brother Ken (Ruth); sister Jo-Ann (Gary); brother Tim (Jennifer); numerous nieces and nephews. Wendy is also survived by mother-in-law Jean; sisters-in-law, Debbie, Kathy and Nancy; brother-in-law Donnie. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home with interment and reception to follow. Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Chomokovski, Justin Watkinson, Albert Skoby, Albert Seguin, Peter Plaza, Donnie Gizowski and Ken Chomokovski. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the CancerCare Manitoba or Canadian Cancer Society.
