Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJACK JACOB MEYER Passed away peacefully on August 10, 2005 at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 81 years. Jack is survived by his sons, Garry (Shirley), Wayne (Sheryl) and Conrad and daughter Brenda (Glenn) Payne. He was predeceased by his wife Nellie and daughter Susan. He is also survived by sisters, Lena and Elsie. Jacob will be sadly missed by grandchildren, Kevin and Michelle, Gary and Kenny. Thanks to the doctors and staff of Seven Oaks Hospital.
