Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHUGO ARTHUR MANTEY 1912 - 2005 On Friday, August 12, 2005 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, Hugo Mantey, aged 93 years of Winkler, MB, formerly of Plum Coulee, went to his eternal rest. He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife Lorraine (nee Gruener) of Winkler; two daughters, Enid and Jim Ali of Winnipeg and their children, Tara and Jerry Ludd; great-grandchildren, Davis and Alyssa Ludd, Derek Ali and David Ali; daughter Marilyn and Darren Bridges of Calgary and their children, Mark, Diandra, Jenna and Courtney Bridges. He was predeceased by his three sisters, Emma Jackman, Lil Stewart, Helen Kehler; and five brothers, Fred, Russell, Ed, John and Bob Mantey. Public viewing hours will be on Sunday, August 14 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Monday, August 15 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Home at 121 8th St. Winkler and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 16 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1111 Southview Dr., Winkler with Rev. Alex Klages officiating. Interment will follow at the Winkler Cemetery. If friends and family so desire, donations may be made in Hugo's memory to the Boundary Trails Health Centre Palliative Care Unit, Box 2000, Wrinkler, MB R6W 1H8 or to Lutheran Hour Ministries, in care of Trinity Lutheran Chuch, Box 180, Winkler, MB R6W 4A4.
