DENISE RAE KASZUBA April 2, 1963 On Friday, August 12, 2005, after a lengthy battle with cancer, Denise finally surrendered. She leaves behind her son Stephen Makowski; six sisters, three brothers and their families. Thanks to all the staff at Jocelyn House, St. Boniface Hospital and Health Sciences Centre for their kind, loving care. No service will be held, a private family memorial planned.   • Denice was a awesome sister. She had a very powerful personality that made people just love her. She was never afraid to speak her mind or tell you the truth. Sometimes, it was hard to digest but it made you stronger. She and me were very close. We would get into trouble a lot and it was always worth it.
