MYRTLE ADELAIDE TAIT (GRAHAM) Peacefully at home on Sunday, August 14, 2005, Myrtle passed away at the age of 96 years. She was born on the family farm in Elgin, MB in 1909. Survived by only son Gary, wife Donna, grandchildren, Lindsey, Kelly, Glen and Clayton; also her sister Alice Graham of Winnipeg and numerous nephews and nieces across Canada. Myrtle was predeceased by husband Pat in 1983 and by four sisters and six brothers. Myrtle was a school teacher before her marriage to Ralph (Pat) Tait in 1942. Together they farmed in Warren most of her life. She loved the outdoors and worked hard by Pat's side on the farm. Myrtle adored her grandchildren taking interest in all of their activities. They were a special part of her life and she will be missed dearly. Her home was always open to relatives and friends and many a delicious meal was served up to all who visited. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 18 at 2:00 p.m. at Warren United Church with private interment at the Warren Cemetery at a later date. Many thanks to her home care workers, friends and neighbours who cared so patiently for her. In lieu of flowers is friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to a charity of their choice.
